Every day a unit sits with old flooring still in it between move-out and move-in is a day of lost rent, and getting that flooring out fast is usually the bottleneck nobody’s built a process around. That’s what we’re set up for — whether it’s a single condo turnover near Chinook Centre or a multi-unit building near Whyte Avenue.
Enviro Surface Removers doesn’t sell flooring, and we don’t install it. When you’re choosing what goes into a unit — durable LVP, laminate, whatever fits your portfolio standard — that decision is entirely yours. We’re not trying to steer you toward a product we’d profit from. We take the old material out, and hand the unit back ready for whatever comes next.

A turnover unit is rarely the only occupied space in the building. We work around hallway and elevator access, keep noise and disruption to a minimum, and schedule with your other tenants in mind, not just the empty unit. Our dust-controlled equipment matters more here than on a standalone job site — it means the units on either side of the one we’re working in stay livable while the work happens.
We carry full WCB coverage and hold COR Certification — the same workplace safety standard used by hospitals and airports. Our crews are also certified for asbestos testing and abatement, which matters across a portfolio with older buildings: one uncertified vendor on one unit is a liability exposure for the whole management company, not just that property. We handle testing through full abatement in-house.
