Enviro Surface Removers doesn’t sell flooring, and we don’t install it. That’s deliberate. A demo sub who’s also angling to get in front of your client for the install job is a conflict of interest you shouldn’t have to manage. We’re not that. We show up, take the old material out, and hand the space back to you ready for the next trade — nothing to protect, nothing to upsell.

Bringing in a sub is a liability decision as much as a scheduling one. We carry full WCB coverage and hold COR Certification — the same workplace safety standard used by hospitals and airports. Our crews are also certified for asbestos testing and abatement, which matters directly to you on any pre-1990 property: bringing an uncertified sub onto a job with suspected asbestos is a liability problem that lands on you, not just us. We handle testing through full abatement in-house, so that risk doesn’t get passed down your chain.

Dust on an active job site isn’t just a health question — it’s a schedule and margin question. Uncontrolled dust settles on surfaces the next trade has to clean before they can start, gets into HVAC systems, and turns into disputes about whose mess is whose. Our equipment captures dust at the point of removal instead of letting it spread through the space, which means the trade coming in behind us gets a genuinely clean handoff, not a room that needs a day of cleanup first.
We work around your timeline, including evenings and weekends for commercial work, and around occupied units on active job sites. A single visit typically covers multiple material types on the same job — flooring, subfloor, fixtures — so you’re not scheduling separate trips for separate materials. Debris is hauled away the same visit. Your subfloor is ready when we leave, not after a second crew comes back for cleanup.
