A Subfloor Ready for Your Install — Not a Day Lost to Demo

If you’re a flooring installer, we work as your removal sub-trade. Every hour spent tearing out old flooring is an hour not spent installing, and installing is where you make money. We handle the removal so your crew shows up to a clean, ready substrate and gets straight to work.

We Remove. We Never Install.

Enviro Surface Removers doesn’t sell flooring, and we don’t install it — full stop. That’s not a courtesy, it’s the whole basis for working together. There’s no version of this relationship where we’re angling for your install job. We take the old material out, prep the substrate, and step aside.

What We Remove Before You Arrive

Our scope covers interior, non-load-bearing removal:

A substrate that isn’t properly flat or clean isn’t just an inconvenience for you — it’s a callback risk with your name on it. That’s the standard we work to.

A Substrate That's Actually Ready for New Flooring

Removal that stops at “the old floor is gone” isn’t removal that protects your install. Leftover thinset residue left behind after tile removal creates the same bond-failure and flatness problems whether a homeowner did it or a rushed sub did — see Leftover Thinset Residue for what that actually does to a new floor. And a substrate that isn’t within tolerance causes the same telegraphing and cracking issues covered on Uneven Floor Repair. We grind to a flat, clean finish specifically so neither of those becomes your problem on install day.

Certifications That Protect Your Install Warranty

We carry full WCB coverage and hold COR Certification — the same workplace safety standard used by hospitals and airports. Our crews are also certified for asbestos testing and abatement. Installing new flooring over undisclosed asbestos-containing material, or over a substrate that wasn’t properly prepped, is a liability and warranty problem that lands on your name, not just the removal crew’s. We handle testing through full abatement in-house so that risk never reaches your install.

$5 million in liability insurance, full WCB coverage, and COR Certification on every job.

Fast Turnaround So Your Crew Isn't Waiting

We work around your install schedule, not the other way around. Removal and substrate prep are handled before your crew is due on-site, so your calendar stays billable instead of sitting on a demo day.
